Find this app to be very useful and helpful. Reminds me when to check in, when Ive got hotel books missing etc etc

1) gate number not updated to the boarding pass. 2) I left the pass page to look up, but then I couldnt find the boarding pass anywhere and couldnt board! Overall somewhat useful but not well tested for common scenarios.

The CWT app is not trustworthy.

Its an app that feels 8 years old. Its very limited.

Makes travel for work infinitely easier. Not too many nag notifications and an easy layout.

I created several different passwords that met the requirements but it not accept any of them.

Ive been using for 8-9 months now, and really think its useful. Booked a hotel easily w/ app feature, and it organizes at a glance my entire trip.

This app helps to keep me on time and it keeps all of my reward numbers for travel in one place. I LOVE IT!

I like the notifications, but wish it would let me search for flights & make changes / new reservations from the app!!!

No a bad app all in all

Excellent for multiple leg trips. Allows check in and quick view of gate updates etc. makes travel less stressful.

I travel quite a bit for work and its somewhat difficult to keep up with my reservations. I can even add trips not booked through Concur. I have used paid apps in the past and this keeps up with them.

Weak app. Does the basics but lacks in value add functionality and tools. Usability is what you would expect from an app 3 years ago.

On line check doesnt work on AA, CWT is inept. I can get better fares and better hotel rates on line. I only use CWT because my company forces me too. Its just flat awful. Pass if you can!

Gate changes have improved... Though only for the US or Western Europe, not so much for Latin American airports

All my travel for work is with CWT. This app is the perfect companion!!!

Cant use the app to book air travel or car rentals. Whats the point?

I use this app every time I travel, whether its domestic or international. Keeps me up to date on my flight status. Gives me warning of any travel issue and carries my complete itinerary. Very useful.

Great app! Seriously. I use it all the time and always discover something new and really useful. Kudos to IT and designers.
